About Me

Image
Hello friends,   My name is Terry Miles. I sing, play guitar, and fiddle around on computers. I currently live just outside of Isle, Minnesota. I am a native of South Dakota. I attended music school at South Dakota State University, toured the world for six years in the US Army Band, and have done almost every type of music gig you can imagine in the many years since. I've had the tremendous privilege of meeting and performing with many fine musicians. Anyway, the time has come for me to venture out on my own solo musical journey. My idea is to bring you a wide variety of popular music that we all know and love with authenticity, class, and joy, using state of the art professional equipment. My repertoire includes classic to modern country and rock and roll, as well as old time polkas and waltzes for weddings, anniversaries, and family events. And maybe I'lll even share a story or two as well. I've got a zillion of them.  But perhaps best of all, because I am a solo

Christmas Songs Added!

Just in time for Christmas 2021, I have added modern arrangements of many of your favorite Christmas tunes for your listening and dancing enjoyment, from Chuck Berry and Elvis, to Joan Jett, Bruce Springsteen, and Jethro Tull. Check out my complete Song List for details.

Home Studio Recordings

Looking at the videos I've posted so far, I've realized they don't give you the viewer a very good idea of how they really sound in a live venue. So I've been taking some time to record full songs in my home studio. All of these tracks are completely self-recorded, using a Yamaha keyboard, my Alvarez guitar, and the Audacity music program.
